                                 ORDER
 
        This appeal involved  a claim arising under  contract number
   GS-03P-96-AZC-1003, awarded to  appellant for  the renovation  of
   the Camden Federal Building and Courthouse.  On October 23, 2000,
   the  parties  filed a  joint  stipulation  of dismissal  in  this
   matter.   Pursuant to the  parties' motion and Rule  128(a), this
   appeal is DISMISSED.
