                                 ORDER
 
        This appeal was filed on  October 29, 1999 with regard to  a
   Government  claim  against   the  appellant  in  the   amount  of
   $37,782.66  arising   from  contract  no.   GS-03F-6016D  between
   appellant and respondent for various supply items.
 
        The Board held a conference with the parties on November 18,
   1999,  during  which  respondent s   counsel  asserted  that   no
   appealable contracting officer s final decision had  been issued.
   The Board suspended proceedings to allow the parties to negotiate
   a settlement or  the respondent s contracting officer to issue an
   appealable decision.  
 
        On  March 13,  2000, the  parties  filed a  joint motion  to
   dismiss  the appeal,  with  a  statement by  the  parties that  a
   contract  modification  attached  to  the  motion   resolved  all
   matters connected with the subject appeal. 
 
        Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.
