                                 ORDER
 
        Kenneth  Kitts  appealed a  General  Services Administration
   contracting officer's  decision assessing  liquidated damages  in
   the amount of $13,100.20 under  ten contracts for the purchase of
   vehicles from  the agency.   The parties have informed  the Board
   that they have entered into an agreement settling the case.  They
   have filed a  joint stipulation for dismissal of  the appeal with
   prejudice.
 
        Accordingly, the case is DISMISSED.
