ORDER This case involves claims filed by Integrated Design & Construction, Inc. (IDC) regarding a construction project located at the United States Embassy in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. In its amended complaint, IDC sought an equitable adjustment of the contract price in the amount of $1,250,572 plus interest on the adjustment. In addition, IDC sought $1,183,526 in termination for convenience costs. In the alternative, IDC sought to recover $1,748,576 for what it asserted constituted a cardinal change under the contract. After extensive discovery and an audit of the contractor's claims, the parties settled their dispute. Counsel for appellant has advised the Board by letter dated December 9, 2003, that the case is settled and that his client has been compensated.
