                                 ORDER
 
        On August 10, 1999, appellant, Washington Development Group-
   JWB,  LLC, filed  an appeal  of the contracting  officer's deemed
   denial of its claim for delay and other damages.  This appeal was
   docketed as GSBCA 15098.  Respondent moved to dismiss for lack of
   jurisdiction on  the ground that  the issues raised  were complex
   and the contracting  officer had promised to issue  a decision by
   September 3,  1999.  After  a conference was convened  to discuss
   the motion,  appellant agreed  to file  another appeal  after the
   issuance of a contracting officer's  decision and to request  the
   dismissal of GSBCA 15098.  Appellant filed an appeal 
   with the Board on October  19, 1999, from a contracting officer's
   decision of September 3,  1999.  That appeal has been docketed as
   GSBCA 15137.  Accordingly, GSBCA 15098 is DISMISSED.
