                                 ORDER
 
        On July  15, 1999, Montgomery  KONE, Inc. filed  this appeal
   with the  Board in  connection with a  contract with  the General
   Services Administration  for elevator  and escalator  maintenance
   services  at   the  United  States  Courthouse   in  Minneapolis,
   Minnesota.
 
        On  March 6,  2000, the  parties  filed a  joint motion  for
   dismissal of the  appeal with prejudice, as all  issues have been
   resolved.
 
        Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED  WITH PREJUDICE.   Rule
   128.
