ORDER The William V. Walsh Construction Company (Walsh) filed this appeal with the Board on June 22, 1999, in connection with a contract with the General Services Administration to perform renovations at the Columbia Plaza Office Complex Building in Washington, D.C. Walsh sought an equitable adjustment in connection with the renovations. On November 24 the parties filed a jointly executed Stipulation of Judgment, which requested that the Board enter judgment as follows: The parties have been able to achieve a settlement of the Appeal. GSA has agreed to pay, and Walsh has agreed to accept, the aggregate amount of One Million Four Hundred and Fifty-five Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty-Six and 00/100 Dollars ($1,455,386), plus interest accruing as of August 1, 1999, until paid, as full payment of the Appeal and claim. The parties' agreement provides that interest will accrue, pursuant to the Contract Disputes Act, at the rate set by the Secretary of the Treasury pursuant to Public Law 92-41, 85 Stat. 97. Pursuant to Board Rule 136(e) and by agreement of the parties, the appeal is GRANTED IN PART. Judgment is entered in favor of the appellant in the amount of one million four hundred and fifty-five thousand three hundred and eighty-six dollars ($1, 455, 386), plus interest accruing from August 1, 1999, until paid, in accordance with the Contract Disputes Act 41 U.S.C. 611(1994). ________________________ ROBERT W.
