                                 ORDER
 
        On  June 10, 1999, appellant, Beardsley, Beardsley, Cowden &
   Glass, appealed the decision of a General Services Administration
   contracting officer denying appellant's requested increase in the
   estimated  construction  contract  amount.    On  July  9,  1999,
   appellant filed a letter with the Board stating that an agreement
   resolving its claim  had been  reached, and  requesting that  the
   appeal be dismissed.
 
        Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
