                                 ORDER
 
        On  October 19,  1998,  and  May 10,  1999,  appellant,  H&F
   Enterprises,  Ltd. (H&F),  appealed  the  final  decisions  of  a
   General Services Administration contracting officer denying H&F's
   claims under lease  number GS-07B-06469.  On  July 7 and  July 9,
   1999, the parties  filed motions with the Board  stating that the
   claims  have been  settled  and requesting  that  the appeals  be
   dismissed.

        Accordingly, these appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
