ORDER The Austin Company filed this appeal with the Board in connection with a contract with the Department of Commerce for the construction of a new advanced chemical sciences laboratory building at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The parties requested the appointment of a Board Judge to serve as an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) neutral. ADR sessions were held which resulted in the settlement of the appeal.
