                                 ORDER
 
        Twigg Corporation appealed a General Services Administration
   contracting officer's deemed denial of a claim for indirect costs
   allegedly  incurred by  a subcontractor,  Jack Hall,  Inc., on  a
   contract for the renovation of an  office building in Washington,
   D.C.
 
        Following an alternative dispute resolution session in which
   the  parties made informal  presentations of their  positions and
   the presiding  judge  gave an  evaluation  of the  strengths  and
   weaknesses  of those  positions, Twigg stated  that it  no longer
   wishes to pursue the case and moved the Board to dismiss it.
 
        Accordingly, the case is DISMISSED.
