ORDER These appeals were filed on January 20, 1999 and April 21, 1999 arising from the government s default termination of a contract with appellant for Guard Services at the White Oak Naval Surface Warfare Center and subsequent assessment of excess reprocurement costs and docketed as GSBCA 14880 and 14960. By order dated April 29, 1999, the Board consolidated the appeals. At that time, proceedings were stayed to allow counsel an opportunity to discuss settlement. On July 14, 1999, counsel advised the Board that the parties had entered into a settlement agreement. On September 21, 1999, appellant filed a motion to dismiss which advised the Board that the settlement agreement had been fully consummated. Accordingly, these appeals are DISMISSED.
