                                 ORDER
 
        On  April 5,  1999, appellant,  Menemsha Development  Group,
   Inc. d/b/a Contractor Management Group, filed a notice  of appeal
   in  connection with a  dispute under contract  no. GS-09P-96-KTC-
   0026.
 
        On May 10, 1999, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss
   the appeal.
 
        Accordingly,  this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   128(a).
