                                 ORDER
 
        Grant  Communications,  Incorporated,   appealed  a  General
   Services Administration (GSA) contracting officer's deemed denial
   of  a  claim seeking  payment  of  sums  deducted by  the  Social
   Security  Administration   from  five  invoices   concerning  the
   provision of services  to the latter agency under  a GSA schedule
   contract.   See  Grant Communications,  Inc.  v. Social  Security
   Administration, GSBCA 14862-SSA (Mar. 18, 1999).
 
        The parties have settled the  case, and Grant has moved that
   it be dismissed.
 
        Accordingly, the case is DISMISSED.  Rule 128(a).
