                                 ORDER
 
        This appeal was  filed on March 12, 1999  from a contracting
   officer s  final  decision  dated   December  17,  1998   denying
   appellant s  claim in  the amount  of $165,476  arising from  its
   contract   with  respondent  with   regard  to  the   repair  and
   alterations  at the East High-Rise and Low-Rise Buildings, Social
   Security Administration Complex in Woodlawn, Maryland. 
 
        After  a  complaint  and answer  were  filed,  discovery was
   authorized  by the  Board.   By letter  dated February  25, 2000,
   appellant s counsel advised  the Board that  the appeal had  been
   settled and satisfied and requested dismissal of the appeal.  
 
        Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.
