WILLIAMS, Board Judge.

     On November 13, 1998, and March 1, 1999, appellant, Clark Construction Group, Inc.
(Clark), appealed the final decisions of a General Services Administration contracting officer
denying Clark's claims under contract number GS-04P-94-EX-C-0046 for construction of the
U.S. Courthouse II in Tampa, Florida.  On November 4, 1999, the parties informed the Board
that they settled the subject appeals and requested that the Board issue judgment in
accordance with the parties' settlement agreement in the amount of "$1.2 million plus
Contract Disputes Act interest on the principal ($1.2 million) running from March 14, 1999,
until paid."  The parties agreed (1) that they will not seek reconsideration of, or relief from,
the Board's decision, and (2) that they will not appeal the decision.

     These appeals are GRANTED in accordance with the parties' settlement agreement. 
Rule 136(e) (48 CFR 6101.36(e) (1998)).  This award is to be paid from the permanent
indefinite judgment fund, 31 U.S.C.   1304.
