                                 ORDER
 
        On January 27, 1999, Eastern Computers, Inc., filed a notice
   of appeal involving a claim  in the amount of $3,180,759.09 under
   a contract for  maintenance of computer equipment at ten Internal
   Revenue Service Centers.
 
        Following  settlement  discussions,  on  May  10, 1999,  the
   parties filed  a Motion and  Joint Stipulation of  Dismissal with
   Prejudice, stipulating that they have settled all issues involved
   in  the  appeal  and  moving  that the  case  be  dismissed  with
   prejudice.
 
        The motion is granted.  The case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE
   to its reinstatement.
