                                 ORDER
 
        This  appeal  challenged  the  termination  for  default  of
   several  purchase  orders  and  ultimately  the  remainder  of  a
   contract to supply  plastic sheets, as well as  the assessment of
   excess costs of reprocurement.  The parties have now settled this
   dispute and request that the Board dismiss the appeal.
 
        Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
