                                 ORDER
 
        On  January  20, 1999,  Spotless  Janitorial  Services, Inc.
   appealed a General  Services Administration contracting officer's
   final  decision  dated  October  22,  1998,  in  connection  with
   contract  GS-03P-98-AZC-1038  for   janitorial/custodial  related
   services   at  the  J.  Caleb  Boggs  Courthouse  in  Wilmington,
   Delaware.
 
        On March  24, the parties  filed a joint request  to dismiss
   the appeal as all disputes had been settled.
 
        Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED.  Rule 128.
