                                 ORDER
 
        Respondent has  issued unilateral  modifications which  have
   disposed   of  the  direct   costs  claimed  in   these  appeals.
   Consequently, appellant  moves to dismiss  these appeals  without
   prejudice  to appellant's maintaining its claims for the indirect
   costs  associated with these modifications, which are included in
   pending  dockets GSBCA  14990-IBWC  and  15005-IBWC.    We  treat
   appellant's motions as  requests for dismissal pursuant  to Board
   Rule  128.   Respondent  does  not  object.   These  appeals  are
   DISMISSED WITHOUT  PREJUDICE to  the claims  for indirect  costs,
   arising from  these modifications, included  in GSBCA  14990-IBWC
   and 15005-IBWC.  Rule 128(b).
