                                 ORDER
 
        Respondent has  issued a  unilateral modification which  has
   disposed   of  the   direct  costs   claimed   in  this   appeal.
   Consequently,  appellant  moves  to dismiss  the  appeal  without
   prejudice  to appellant's maintaining its claims for the indirect
   costs associated  with the  modification, which  are included  in
   pending  dockets GSBCA  14990-IBWC  and  15005-IBWC.    We  treat
   appellant's motions as  requests for dismissal pursuant  to Board
   Rule  128.   Respondent  does  not  object.   These  appeals  are
   DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to 
   the claims  for indirect  costs, arising  from the  modification,
   included in GSBCA 14990-IBWC and 15005-IBWC.  Rule 128(b).
