                                 ORDER
 
        On  November 25,  1998,  the  Board  docketed an  appeal  of
   TGMI/Contractors, Inc.  (TGMI) taken from a contracting officer's
   decision denying TGMI's claim for  an equitable adjustment to its
   contract of  $105,366.83.   The Board  issued an order on further
   proceedings on December  1, 1998, which established  filing dates
   for the pleadings in the case.  On January 11, 1999,  the parties
   were granted  an extension of the  filing dates.  On  February 9,
   appellant filed with  the Board a letter  withdrawing its appeal.
   Counsel for respondent has no objection to TGMI's withdrawal.
 
        Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.
