                                 ORDER
 
        On November 20, 1998, applicant, Products Engineering  Corp.
   (PEC),  filed an  application for  award of  attorneys' fees  and
   expenses resulting from PEC's appeals  in GSBCA 12503 and  13051.
   On  October 13,  1999,  respondent  filed  a motion  to  dismiss,
   stating that  payment has  been made to  applicant pursuant  to a
   negotiated  settlement agreement.   Applicant has stated  that it
   has  no objection  to this  request.   Accordingly,  respondent's
   motion is granted.  This matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
