                                 ORDER
 
        On November 16, 1998, appellant, Morse Diesel International,
   Inc., filed a notice of appeal in connection with a dispute under
   contract  no. GS-06P-95-GZC-501 for construction of the Thomas F.
   Eagleton United States Courthouse, St. Louis, Missouri.   On June
   14, 2000,  the parties  filed a joint  motion for  dismissal with
   prejudice.
 
        Accordingly,  this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   128(a).
