ORDER Inca Contracting Company (Inca) filed two appeals with the Board in connection with a contract with the General Services Administration. In the appeals, Inca sought reimbursement of costs incurred for pavement renovations performed at the United States Geological Services Complex in Flagstaff, Arizona. The parties participated in an Alternative Dispute Resolution session on September 14, 1999, which was successful.
