        On November 25, 1998,  appellant advised the Board that  the
   parties had reached  a settlement of this matter.   Appellant has
   moved  to  dismiss the  appeal  and respondent  does  not object.
   Pursuant to  the agreement of  the parties and Rule  128(a), this
   appeal is DISMISSED.
