    These appeals arise out of lease number GS-03B-09023, for the lease of office and
related space in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, and seek compensation for respondent's
alleged failure to terminate the lease in accordance with lease requirements.  The parties
have negotiated and signed a settlement agreement fully resolving all issues set forth in the
appeals and have thus asked that the appeals be dismissed with prejudice.

    In accordance with the joint motion of the parties, these appeals are DISMISSED
WITH PREJUDICE.
