DeGRAFF, Board Judge. On September 23, 1998, appellant, AMEC Construction Management, Inc. (AMEC), appealed a General Services Administration (GSA) contracting officer's denial of its certified claim for an equitable adjustment to the price of contract GS06P95GZC0501 for construction of the Thomas F. Eagleton United States Courthouse in St. Louis, Missouri. On December 11, 2002, the parties filed a joint motion for entry of judgment, stating in pertinent part: Pursuant to Board Rule 136(e), AMEC Construction Management, Inc. ("AMEC") and General Services Administration ("GSA") hereby move the Board to enter final judgment in favor of AMEC requiring payment in the amount of $65,000.00 for resolution of all outstanding disputes related to GSBCA No. 14717. Payment is to be made from the Judgment Fund in accordance with 31 U.S.C. 1304 (2002) and 41 U.S.C. 612 (2002). In support of this Motion, AMEC and GSA affirm that the Parties shall not reconsideration [sic] of or relief from the final judgment or otherwise appeal from the final judgment. The Parties will file the properly executed Certificates of Finality with the Board upon entry of the final judgment. This appeal is GRANTED IN PART in accordance with the parties' joint motion for entry of judgment. Rule 136(e) (48 CFR 6101.36(e) (2000)).
