                                 ORDER
 
        On  September  4, 1998,  appellant, NVT  Technologies, Inc.,
   filed  a notice  of appeal  in  connection with  a dispute  under
   contract no. GS-09P-92-KSC-0018 to provide mechanical maintenance
   services at the Federal Service Center, Bell, California.
 
        On November  16, 1998, the  parties filed a joint  motion to
   dismiss the appeal with prejudice.
 
        Accordingly,  this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   128(a).
