                                 ORDER
 
        On August  31,  1998, appellant,  Kodak Polychrome  Graphics
   LLC,   appealed  the  final   decision  of  a   General  Services
   Administration  contracting  officer determining  that  appellant
   owed  the Government $40,098 due to billing errors under contract
   number  GS-OOF-01331  for   provision  of  certain   lithographic
   supplies and services.  On October 30,  1998, the parties filed a
   joint motion for  dismissal stating that they had  entered into a
   settlement agreement and requesting that the appeal be dismissed.
 
        According, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
