                                 ORDER
 
        This  appeal arose  from  a  contracting officer's  decision
   dated May 20, 1998, denying  appellant's claim of misdescription.
   On September  15, 1998, the  Board received a Motion  to Dismiss,
   submitted by appellant's  counsel, requesting that the  matter be
   dismissed.  Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
