ORDER This appeal arose from a contracting officer's final decision dated December 24, 1997, denying appellant's claim for certain additional costs arising under a contract to repair cooling tower supports in the Potter Stewart United States Courthouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. By order dated September 18, 1998, the Board suspended proceedings to permit the parties to process settlement documents. On October 2, 1998, the Board received a Joint Motion for Dismissal with Prejudice signed by both parties.
