This appeal, by W.M. Schlosser Company, Inc., concerned a contract with the General Services Administration for renovations to the Edward Garmatz Federal Courthouse in Baltimore, Maryland. In the claim, Schlosser sought an equitable adjustment in the amount of $354,959 for extended performance costs. On January 29, 1999, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Stipulated Judgment, which states: The parties have reached a settlement in this appeal and have agreed to stipulate to the entry of judgment as follows: GSA will pay W.M. Schlosser Co., Inc. the sum of $156,810 that includes all costs, interests and attorney fees. The parties hereby state that they will not seek reconsideration of, or relief from the Board's decision, and that they will not appeal the decision. Decision In accordance with the terms of settlement, the appeal is GRANTED IN PART. Rule 136 (e). GSA shall pay to W.M.
