                                 ORDER
 
        Ashworth Tool & Supply Company, Inc. filed this appeal  with
   the  Board  in connection  with  a    contract with  the  General
   Services Administration for the purchase of flat tipped insulated
   screwdrivers, federal supply class.
 
        On  July 16,  1998,  the  parties filed  a  joint motion  to
   dismiss the appeal as all disputes had been settled.  
 
        The appeal is hereby DISMISSED.
