ORDER In a contract between the appellant, Mike Thielen Advertising, Inc. dba Thielen & Associates, and the respondent, the Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, the contracting officer issued a modification deleting work. Thielen disputes the adjustment the agency took for the deleted work, reducing the contract price by approximately $36,000. The parties have resolved the dispute: The agency shall expeditiously pay Thielen $27,000, in full and final settlement of this dispute and potential application for costs; that is, this amount includes any interest and attorney fees or costs which could be separately recoverable in this case.
