                                 ORDER
 
        On   April   7,   1998,   appellant,   Meridian   Management
   Corporation, filed a notice of appeal challenging the contracting
   officer's  decision  of January  9,  1998, in  connection  with a
   dispute under  contract  no.  GS-03P-89-DWC-0034  for  mechanical
   maintenance services at the Green/Byrne Federal Buildings Complex
   in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
 
        On November  5, 1998, the  parties filed a joint  motion for
   dismissal with prejudice.
 
        Accordingly,  this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   128(a).
