                                 ORDER
 
        Garber-Sugarman,  LLC, filed this  appeal with the  Board on
   March 26, 1998,  concerning a contract with the  General Services
   Administration for  the lease  of property on  Eighth Street   in
   Atlanta,  Georgia.     The  lease  required  Garber-Sugarman   to
   construct a building and related improvements for use by the Food
   and Drug Administration.
 
        On September  14, 1998,  Garber-Sugarman filed  a motion  to
   dismiss   its  appeal  without  prejudice.    Respondent  had  no
   objection.
 
        Accordingly, the  appeal  is  DISMISSED  WITHOUT  PREJUDICE.
   Rule 128.
