   BORWICK, Board Judge.
 
        In response  to respondent's motion  to dismiss for  lack of
   jurisdiction because appellant failed to certify its claim to the
   contracting officer,  appellant  moves  to  dismiss  this  appeal
   without prejudice.  Respondent does not object.  Pursuant to Rule
   128(b), this appeal is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
