Associates, Inc. The contractor disputes a contracting officer's denial of a claim for an equitable adjustment for an increase in a fringe benefit rate under a contract with the respondent, the Department of the Treasury, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. The contractor sought $33,494.16. The agency has modified the contract to reflect the price increase requested by the contractor.
