                              ORDER

    Deep Joint Venture appealed a decision by a General Services Administration (GSA)
contracting officer assessing excess reprocurement costs following the termination for
default of a lease to supply office space to house the Drug Enforcement Agency in El Paso,
Texas.  On August 21, 2003, GSA filed a motion with the Board representing that the parties 
 have settled this matter and jointly request that the appeal be dismissed with prejudice. 
Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
