                                 ORDER
 
        On February 13, 1998, appellant, Contractor Management Group
   (CMG),   appealed  the  final  decision  of  a  General  Services
   Administration contracting  officer  denying  CMG's  claim  under
   contract number GS-09P-97-KTC-0007  for initial space alterations
   at the  INS Federal Building in  San Diego, California.   On July
   15, 1998, the parties filed a joint request for dismissal stating
   that all issues of this  appeal have been resolved and requesting
   that the appeal be dismissed.
 
        Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
