The dismissal of this case shall now be deemed to be with prejudice upon the expiration of 720 calendar days from the date of the original dismissal (i.e. March 25, 1998) unless, prior to that time and for good cause shown, the Board again agrees to extend this period or a party requests reinstatement of the case.
