ORDER These appeals arose from a contracting officer's decisions dated December 16, 1997, and May 2, 2000, denying Federal Micro Systems, Inc.'s claims under contract number TIR-94-0008, awarded by the Department of the Treasury for hardware maintenance services for the Government's Electronic Filing Systems/Graphics Subsystem equipment. On April 4, 2001, appellant filed a motion to dismiss, stating that these matters had been settled and that appellant had been paid in accordance with the terms of the settlement agreement.
