                                 ORDER
 
        On January 29, 1998, appellant, Morse  Diesel International,
   Inc., filed a notice of appeal in connection with a dispute under
   contract  no. GS-06P95GZC0501 for  construction of the  Thomas F.
   Eagleton United States Courthouse, St. Louis, Missouri.
 
        On June 25, 1999, appellant  informed the Board that payment
   funding  the settlement  has  been  made and  the  appeal may  be
   dismissed.
 
        Accordingly,  this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   128(a).
