ORDER The Board received this appeal on January 21, 1998, from North American Construction Corporation. North American contends, on behalf of a subcontractor, Systems Associates, Inc., that it is entitled to receive $19,058.28 for additional controls work and $5,000 for a warranty extension. A contracting officer for the respondent, the General Services Administration, had denied the claims under a contract to provide seismic upgrade, fire/life safety work at a federal building.
