                                ORDER  
 
        This  appeal arose  from  a contracting  officer's decision,
   dated November 18, 1997, denying appellant's claim for additional
   costs  for a  lighting retrofit  at  the United  States   Federal
   Building and Courthouse  in Helena, Arkansas.  On  June 16, 1998,
   the Board   received a  joint stipulation of the  parties stating
   that the  parties have entered  into a  settlement agreement  and
   seeking to dismiss the appeal with prejudice.  In accordance with
   the  request  of the  parties,  this  appeal  is  DISMISSED  WITH
   PREJUDICE.
