(Elrich) filed this appeal with the Board in connection with a contract with the General Services Administration for a project known as Cafeteria Renovations, Federal Building 10-A, FAA in Washington, D.C. Elrich sought reimbursement for additional costs incurred in connection with the installation of soundlining in the ductwork on this project. On January 20, 1999, appellant filed a motion to dismiss its claim as all disputes had been resolved. Respondent had no objection. Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
