                                 ORDER
 
        On December  23, 1997,  appellant  appealed the  contracting
   officer's  decision denying appellant s claim for rescission of a
   contract for the purchase of  goods.  Appellant asserted that its
   principal s signature  was not on  the contract.  On  February 2,
   1998, the parties  notified the Board that they  had settled this
   dispute.   Pursuant to  the agreement of  the parties,  and Board
   Rule 128, this appeal is DISMISSED.
