Schlosser Company, Inc. filed this appeal with the Board on November 7, 1997, concerning a contract with the General Services Administration for renovations to the Edward Garmatz Federal Courthouse in Baltimore, Maryland. On December 18 appellant's counsel filed a motion to dismiss without prejudice on behalf of both parties in order that they may attempt to resolve this matter informally. The request was made pursuant to Rule 127(c), which permits the Board to dismiss a case without prejudice in lieu of staying or suspending proceedings.
