                              ORDER

     On November 6, 1997, petitioner filed a petition requesting the Board to direct the
contracting officer to issue a written decision on its claim concerning Contract No. GS-03P-
89-DWC-0034.  By order dated November 14, 1997, the Board requested that respondent file
with the Board either 1) a decision of the contracting officer on the claim made by the
petitioner, or 2) a detailed schedule showing when events preparatory to the issuance of a
contracting officer's decision would occur and when the decision itself would be issued.

     On January 9, 1998, the Board received a copy of the decision issued by the
contracting officer in this matter.  Accordingly, this petition is DISMISSED.
